As a Seattle native I grew up with a passion for health and healing. This lead me to Tucson in 1999 where I attended the Desert Institute of Healing Arts. After a very short time here in the desert I knew I was home.

I am a licensed massage therapist with a Masters degree in Acupuncture and a Bachelors degree in Holistic Health. From December of 2001-November of 2005 I owned and operated Catalina Foothills Wellness Center located in Northwest Tucson. I sold the company in 2005 to allow myself more freedom to work one on one with patients.

As the past director of the Cortiva Maternity and Infant Massage Program I had the opportunity to travel nationally teaching continuing education for professional massage therapists looking to deepen their understanding of massage for the childbearing year.

I am currently on the faculty for the Arizona School of Acupuncture teaching in their graduate degree program and Pima Community College teaching in the massage therapy department.
